BuzzBin Rental Terms

By placing an order with BuzzBin, you agree to the following rental terms.

Rental Period
BuzzBin rentals are for 14 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Your selected delivery and pickup dates will be shown with your reservation.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup are included within our Chicago service area. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and arranging any required building access, including elevator reservations, loading-dock access, doorman instructions or certificates of insurance.

Care of BuzzBins
BuzzBins remain the property of BuzzBin throughout the rental period. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of the bins and rental equipment while in their possession. Normal wear from moving is expected and will not result in a charge.

Missing or Damaged Bins
BuzzBins that are lost, not returned or damaged beyond normal wear may be charged at $25 per bin.

Rental Extensions
Need more time? Extensions are subject to availability and should be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. A one-week extension is $25 for the 20-BuzzBin package and $35 for the 40-BuzzBin package.

Pickup
At the end of your rental, bins must be emptied, nested and ready for pickup at the agreed location. If BuzzBins are not available for pickup as scheduled and an additional pickup trip is required, a $35 re-pickup fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Once BuzzBins have been delivered, rental charges are nonrefundable.

One delivery-date change may be made at no charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Changes within 48 hours are subject to availability.

Moving Extras
Rental equipment included as a Moving Extra must be returned at the end of the rental period. Purchased packing supplies and other consumable products become the customer's property upon delivery.

Safe Use
Customers are responsible for using BuzzBins and rental equipment appropriately and safely. Do not overload bins beyond their intended capacity or use them for hazardous, illegal or prohibited materials.

Changes to a Reservation
Changes, extensions and special delivery requests are subject to availability.
