A few simple details to keep your move running smoothly.
Every BuzzBin rental includes a 14-day rental period, delivery and pickup within our Chicago service area, and reusable moving labels.
Rental Period & Extensions
Your BuzzBins are yours for 14 days. Need a little more time? Extensions are available, subject to availability:
20 BuzzBins: $25 per additional week
40 BuzzBins: $35 per additional week
Please request an extension at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Delivery & Pickup
Standard delivery and pickup days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Special scheduling requests may be accommodated when availability allows.
BuzzBins are delivered to and picked up from a ground-level, accessible location. Customers are responsible for coordinating any building requirements, including loading docks, service elevators, doorman access or certificates of insurance.
You do not need to be home for delivery or pickup as long as we have access to a safe, designated location and any necessary instructions.
Preparing for Pickup
Before your scheduled pickup, please empty all BuzzBins and nest and stack them together in the designated pickup location.
If we're unable to complete a scheduled pickup because the bins are not ready or accessible, a $35 re-pickup fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery are subject to a $35 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
Once your BuzzBins have been delivered, the rental is nonrefundable.
One delivery-date change may be made at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes requested within 48 hours are subject to availability.
Missing or Damaged Equipment
Normal wear and scuffs are expected—we know these bins are made to move.
Missing or damaged BuzzBins are subject to a $25 replacement charge per bin. Any rented BuzzBin equipment, including Tote Taxis, must also be returned at the end of the rental period.
