Refund policy

BuzzBin Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that moving plans can change.

Cancellations: Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a $35 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.

Once BuzzBins have been delivered, the rental is nonrefundable.

Rescheduling: One delivery-date change may be made at no charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Changes requested within 48 hours are subject to availability.

Moving Extras: Unused, unopened Moving Extras may be eligible for return. Consumable or opened packing supplies are nonrefundable. Rental equipment must be returned with the BuzzBins at the end of the rental period.
