BuzzBin Delivery & Pickup

BuzzBin provides local delivery and pickup within our Chicago service area. Delivery and pickup are included with BuzzBin rental packages within the service area.

Customers select an available delivery date when booking. Standard delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We may be able to accommodate other dates depending on availability.

Standard delivery is to an accessible ground-level location, lobby, garage, doorman or designated building loading area. In-unit delivery is not included.

You do not need to be home if you've provided a safe, accessible location and any necessary delivery instructions.

Customers are responsible for coordinating building requirements, including loading-dock access, elevator reservations, doorman instructions and certificates of insurance when applicable.

At the end of the rental period, BuzzBins should be emptied, nested and ready for pickup at the agreed location.
