How does BuzzBin work?
Choose the BuzzBin package that fits your move and select your delivery date. We’ll deliver clean, ready-to-pack bins right to you. Pack, move and unpack at your own pace. When you’re finished, nest the empty bins together and we’ll come pick them up. No cardboard boxes to build, tape or break down.
How many BuzzBins do I need?
Our 20-BuzzBin package is a great fit for studios, smaller apartments or lighter moves. Our 40-BuzzBin package works well for 1–2 bedroom apartments and larger moves. Not sure which to choose? More packing room is usually helpful, and you can contact us if you need more than 40 bins.
How long can I keep my BuzzBins?
Every BuzzBin rental includes 14 days.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery and pickup are included throughout our Chicago service area. Moving outside Chicago? Contact us—we may still be able to accommodate your move.
What happens when I’m finished moving?
Empty your BuzzBins, nest and stack them together, and have them ready at your designated pickup location. We’ll come collect them on your scheduled pickup day. You don’t need to be home as long as the bins are in a safe, accessible location and we have any instructions we need.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Extensions are available for $25 per additional week for 20 bins or $35 per additional week for 40 bins, subject to availability. Please request an extension at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Can I add moving supplies to my order?
Yes. Add Moving Extras like KitchenPack, ProtectPack, CleanPack, a Mattress Bag, extra packing paper, stretch wrap or a Tote Taxi rental to make your move easier. Your extras will be delivered with your BuzzBins.
